Simpson Thacher, Davis Polk Steer Hilton's $2.3B IPO Plans

Law360, New York (December 2, 2013, 1:37 PM EST) -- The Blackstone Group LP revealed on Monday that it is prepping Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. for a $2.3 billion initial public offering, nearly doubling its original target, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Under the latest plans, the Virginia-based Hilton is preparing to register 129.7 million shares on the New York Stock Exchange, which will be priced between $18 and $21 per share, according to the registration statement.
