PVC Deck Makers Say Durability Class Too Hard To Define

Law360, New York (December 2, 2013, 1:01 PM EST) -- The makers of AZEK cellular PVC decking materials moved Wednesday to dismiss a putative Illinois class action brought by consumers who claim they were misled about the durability of the product, saying it will be nearly impossible to determine class membership.
