Judge Pares Claims In Online Travel Content Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (December 3, 2013, 2:46 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday dismissed some of the monopoly claims brought by online booking company Pro Search Plus against Canadian rival VFM Leonardo Inc.

Pro Search had brought a second amended complaint against VFM, alleging three violation of the Sherman Act, a violation of the Lanham Act, the Copyright Act and intentional interference with contracts.
