Deal In Live Nation Ticket-Fee Suit Gets Initial Approval

Law360, New York (December 3, 2013, 7:40 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge granted preliminary approval of a settlement on Tuesday in a putative class action brought against Live Nation Inc. by ticket purchasers accusing the company of charging various mandatory ticket fees in violation of state law.
