Raytheon Among Protesters Challenging $22B DHS Contract

Law360, New York (December 5, 2013, 6:03 PM EST) -- Ten contractors, including Raytheon Co. and CGI Federal Inc., filed protests Wednesday against the Department of Homeland Security's EAGLE II contract, a $22 billion information technology contract that was awarded to 15 companies in late September.

Exelis Inc., Harris IT Services Corp., Electronic Consulting Services Inc., InfoZen Inc., SRA International Inc., CGI Federal, Presidio Networked Solutions Inc., Science Applications International Corp., Raytheon and TeleCommunication Systems Inc. all filed protests with the U.S. Government Accountability Office on Wednesday.
