Ex-NBA Player Wrongfully Dodged Goodwill Tour, Suit Says

Law360, Houston (December 6, 2013, 3:41 PM EST) -- Former professional basketball player Damon Jones was hit with a suit in Texas federal court Thursday by a marketing and events company that said the athlete backed out of a military goodwill tour to serve as a commentator during the NBA Finals.
