SRAM Plaintiffs Show No Sign Of Relenting

Law360 (March 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- After having several of their claims tossed three weeks ago, the indirect purchasers of static random access memory chips on Thursday filed their second amended class action price-fixing complaint.

The new complaint amends only the claims that Judge Claudia Wilken of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California dismissed but gave leave to amend, the indirect purchasers said.

But although they have not repleaded any claims that were dismissed without leave to amend, they do not waive their right to appeal the dismissal...
