Greenwood Sweetens Bid To $961M In Md. Casino Proposal

Law360, New York (December 11, 2013, 5:53 PM EST) -- In an effort to sway Maryland authorities awarding the state's latest gambling license, a Greenwood Racing Inc. unit has officially offered to bear the costs of certain road improvements, upping its original project proposal by more than $200 million to $961 million, a spokeswoman confirmed Wednesday.
