Pa. Ski Resort To Build $163M Lodge And Indoor Waterpark

Law360, New York (December 12, 2013, 5:12 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania's Camelback Mountain Resort is constructing a new $163 million lodge and indoor water park, in an attempt to set itself apart from other ski resorts in the eastern U.S., the resort said Tuesday.

The planned eight-story, 533,000-square-foot lodge — which began construction in September and is expected to open in February 2015 — will have more than 450 rooms and will include a 170,000-square-foot entertainment center, the resort said.
