Law360, New York (December 13, 2013, 3:12 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims said the National Park Service acted arbitrarily in awarding two anticipated contracts to provide ski tours in Grand Teton National Park in a pre-award bid protest lodged by Eco Tour Adventures Inc., but it denied Eco Tour's bid for an injunction, according to an opinion unsealed Thursday.
