Marriott Unit Loses Bid To Restore Manager Role At Fla. Hotel

Law360, New York (December 13, 2013, 8:08 PM EST) -- A New York state court judge has issued a ruling trimming a lawsuit brought by Marriott International Inc. and its affiliate to seek reinstatement as manager of a Miami Beach hotel after the hotel's owner terminated their contract, leaving intact only a breach of contract claim.
