$57.3M Hotel Sale Dispute Heads To Texas High Court

Law360, Dallas (December 13, 2013, 8:09 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday changed course and agreed to hear a Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. subsidiary’s challenge to a $57.3 million contractual interference verdict, about six months after initially rejecting a petition for review.
