Grand Canyon Skywalk Developer Denied High Court Appeal

Law360, New York (December 16, 2013, 2:14 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to hear a developer's challenge to a Native American tribe's seizure through eminent domain of the Grand Canyon glass walkway, meaning the walkway's developer must first exhaust its remedies before a tribal court before launching a federal suit.
