Royal Health Care To Pay $2M In OT Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (December 19, 2013, 8:44 PM EST) -- Royal Health Care of Long Island LLC has agreed to pay $1.94 million to settle a class action claiming it violated federal and state labor laws by shorting some employees on overtime pay, according to a motion for settlement approval filed in New York federal court Wednesday.
