Law360, Miami (December 19, 2013, 6:34 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge said Thursday that sanctions were appropriate against Donald Trump's development corporation for failing to disclose an insurance policy in a dispute with a putative class of condominium-hotel unit buyers, but stopped short of ordering sanctions.
