Con Ed, Insurers Urge 2nd Circ. Rehearing In 9/11 Suit

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 3:04 PM EST) -- Consolidated Edison Co. of New York Inc. and its insurers asked the Second Circuit on Wednesday to rethink a decision that freed contractors from blame for a power substation destroyed by the collapse of 7 World Trade Center after the 9/11 attacks, claiming the earlier opinion improperly brushed aside expert opinions.
