9th Circ. Revives Child Labor Suit Against Nestle, Cargill

Law360, Los Angeles (December 19, 2013, 9:26 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Thursday vacated the dismissal of a putative class action brought against Nestle USA Inc., Cargill Inc. and others over alleged forced child labor, holding that the corporations could face liability for claims brought under the Alien Tort Statute.
