Arbitrator Booted From MGM Grand Condo Investors' Case

Law360, New York (January 2, 2014, 1:46 PM EST) -- A Nevada federal judge on Tuesday removed the arbitrator in a case where investors claim they were duped into buying securities in MGM Grand luxury condominium units in Las Vegas with false promises of rental revenue, saying the arbitrator failed to disclose a prior business venture.
