California Pizza Kitchen Workers Lose Class Cert. Appeal

Law360, New York (January 2, 2014, 5:45 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Monday upheld a lower court's decision denying class certification to hourly California Pizza Kitchen workers seeking compensation for alleged wage-and-hour violations, finding that the lower court did not abuse its discretion.
