Pa. Casino Stiffed Dealers On Wages, Suit Says

Law360, New York (January 3, 2014, 3:39 PM EST) -- A group of dealers who worked for Cannery Casino Resorts LLC filed a putative class action against the casino operator in Pennsylvania federal court on Tuesday, accusing it of requiring dealers to perform unpaid work before and after each shift in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
