Recording Customer Service Calls: Permissible Or Penal?

Law360, New York (January 3, 2014, 12:40 PM EST) -- Consumer protection attorneys across the country have made sure that copious numbers of plaintiffs have received billions of dollars in punitive damages for strict liability laws that punish businesses for failing to properly notify consumers that a call is being recorded.
