Water District Urges Immunity In Texas High Court Lease Row

Law360, Houston (January 8, 2014, 8:58 PM EST) -- A Texas water district told the state’s highest court Wednesday that it cannot be sued over a marina lease it allegedly breached because the state’s statutory immunity waiver only applies to contracts that call for the provision of goods or services.
