Atty Defends Popularity Of $760M NFL Concussion Settlement

Law360, New York (January 7, 2014, 7:26 PM EST) -- A lead attorney for the plaintiffs in the NFL concussion litigation expects few retirees to opt out of the proposed $760 million class settlement, he said Tuesday, refuting speculation that the deal is so unpopular among ex-players that it may be in jeopardy.
