Genting Group Bets On Novel Permit Deal For Miami Casino

Law360, New York (January 8, 2014, 7:03 PM EST) -- A Genting Group unit has struck a tentative deal to use a Florida racetrack's permit to bring slot machines to its proposed Miami casino, but must secure state legislator approval to move forward with the innovative — and already contentious — plan, the gaming giant confirmed Wednesday to Law360.
