EDF Snags 4th Texas Wind Farm Project

Law360, New York (January 9, 2014, 4:33 PM EST) -- A U.S. affiliate of French electricity company EDF Energies Nouvelles snapped up its fourth Texas-based wind energy farm in the past seven months, allowing the company to continue capitalizing on federal tax credits and new transmission capacity, according to a Wednesday statement.
