Former Co-Head Writer Of 'One Life To Live' Sues ABC

Law360, Los Angeles (January 8, 2014, 8:31 PM EST) -- A former co-head writer for the daytime television series “One Life to Live” hit the American Broadcasting Cos. Inc. with a lawsuit in New York state court on Tuesday, claiming he hasn’t been paid weekly royalties he's owed for the showing of the program by iTunes, Hulu and other services.
