Trump Golf Course Beats Bias Row Over Discounts For Women

Law360, New York (January 9, 2014, 1:18 PM EST) -- A self-proclaimed men’s rights activist failed to show that the owner of Trump National Golf Club near Los Angeles broke discrimination laws by discounting rates for women as part of a campaign to promote breast cancer awareness, a state appeals court ruled Wednesday.
