WTC Neighbors Say Security Plan Creates Illegal 'Fortress'

Law360, New York (January 9, 2014, 6:12 PM EST) -- A group of New Yorkers who live and work near the World Trade Center told a state judge Thursday that the New York Police Department and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's security plan for the area would be unnecessarily “fortresslike” and does not comply with state environmental laws.
