Intel Wants Out Of Antitrust Suit Over Worker Poaching Pact

Law360, New York (January 9, 2014, 8:47 PM EST) -- Intel Corp. on Thursday urged a California federal judge to nix the antitrust claims against it in a class action accusing major tech companies of agreeing not to poach one another's employees, saying there was no evidence the company had joined a conspiracy.
