Apple, Google Deny Employee Poaching Conspiracy

Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 3:33 PM EST) -- Apple Inc., Google Inc. and Adobe Systems Inc. urged a California federal judge Thursday to toss antitrust claims in a class action accusing them and other major tech companies of agreeing not to poach one another's employees, arguing there is no evidence of a conspiracy.
