Deals Rumor Mill: UBS, Alcatel-Lucent, Dunkin' Donuts

UBS has been closely watched by investors and industry insiders since a bailout by the Swiss government saved it from collapse in 2008. Recently, activist investor Knight Vinke Asset Management LLC has urged UBS to shed its investment bank. But for its part, the lender has said its investment bank branch is a key part of its strategy moving forward....
