American Airlines, Cantor Fitzgerald's $135M 9/11 Deal OK'd

Law360, Los Angeles (January 13, 2014, 8:22 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Monday approved a $135 million settlement among American Airlines Inc., its insurers and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. in a suit over losses Cantor allegedly incurred from the 9/11 attacks, a source told Law360.

The settlement, which the parties reached in December, will end the last airline-centered case stemming from the 2001 attacks.
