AstraZeneca Can't Duck Pharmacies' Claims In Nexium MDL

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 4:23 PM EST) -- AstraZeneca PLC couldn’t convince a Massachusetts federal judge to shave several chain pharmacies' claims from multidistrict litigation alleging the company delayed the entry of generic Nexium, with the court on Monday rejecting AstraZeneca's argument that the retailers couldn’t prove they suffered any injury.
