Cox Beats British Telecom's Patent Infringement Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (January 13, 2014, 10:35 PM EST) -- A Delaware federal judge on Monday found Cox Communications Inc. did not infringe two data networking patents licensed by British Telecommunications PLC, leaving six patents remaining in a pair of suits involving BT, Cox and Comcast Corp.
