OT Class At Odds With Dukes & Comcast, Duane Reade Says

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 7:10 PM EST) -- Drugstore chain Duane Reade Inc. urged the Second Circuit on Tuesday to reverse a class certification decision in an overtime suit brought on behalf of assistant store managers, arguing that the lower court had run afoul of the U.S. Supreme Court's decisions in both Dukes and Comcast.
