NYC Tries To Save Its $1B All-Nissan Taxi Plan

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 8:50 PM EST) -- The city of New York on Tuesday urged a New York state appellate court to overturn a judge’s finding that shut down its plan for an all-Nissan taxi fleet, claiming the city was acting within its authority when it awarded the estimated $1 billion contract to Nissan Motor Co.
