Contractors Welcome Eased Restrictions On China-Sourced IT

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 9:48 PM EST) -- The omnibus spending bill rolls back restrictions on four federal agencies that had been banned from purchasing information technology products from companies associated with the Chinese government, a change that alleviates concerns that the ban would scare some commercial IT companies away from contracting with those agencies.
