Vitamin Shoppe Ducks Bodybuilding Supplement False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 5:15 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday tossed a putative class action alleging Vitamin Shoppe Inc. defrauded consumers by marketing its “True Athlete Training Formula” dietary supplement as an effective bodybuilding and fitness training enhancer, saying the allegations weren’t specific enough.
