Beazer Dodges NJ City's Suit Over Redevelopment Plans

Law360, New York (January 24, 2014, 2:54 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Appellate Division on Thursday refused to revive Gloucester City's lawsuit seeking damages from developer Beazer Homes for allegedly violating sales and redevelopment agreements over a contaminated property in the municipality, affirming a lower court’s decision to dismiss the case.
