Suit Says Abbott Conspired To Block Generic TriCor

Law360 (March 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Eighteen states and the District of Columbia have filed a lawsuit alleging that Abbott Laboratories and Fournier Industrie et Sante conspired to delay and prevent a generic version of their TriCor cholesterol drug from reaching the market by filing a series of frivolous patent infringement lawsuits.
