Law360, New York (January 29, 2014, 11:14 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal court Wednesday dismissed a suit brought by nearly two dozen former employees of Atlantic City's Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa who claimed they were fired for being over 40, after the two sides reached an out of court settlement.
Stephen G. Console, an attorney with Philadelphia-based Console Law Offices LLC who represented the 22 axed workers, said the two sides had agreed not to disclose the terms of the settlement.
