Ex-DHL Drivers Want FCA Whistleblower Claims Revived

Law360, Los Angeles (January 30, 2014, 8:43 PM EST) -- Two former DHL Express USA Inc. delivery drivers on Thursday asked a California appeals court to revive their whistleblower claims alleging the courier fraudulently overcharged the state for deliveries, saying a lower court erred in finding that federal law preempted their suit.
