NJ Enviro Waivers Prove Tough Alternative To DEP Rules

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 7:31 PM EST) -- A controversial New Jersey program allowing exceptions from environmental regulations hasn't seen a successful applicant in the nearly two years since its adoption, which illustrates the tough standards for securing waivers and potentially insufficient guidance that could deter others from coming forward, attorneys said.
