Retiree Asks High Court To Clarify ERISA Claim Time Limits

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 8:07 PM EST) -- A retiree has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a ruling nixing his proposed Employee Income Retirement Security Act class action, saying the case would give the justices an opportunity to resolve a circuit split over when claims accrue.
