Host Hotels Asks Texas High Court To Junk $57M Verdict

Law360, Houston (February 4, 2014, 9:12 PM EST) -- A unit of Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. on Tuesday asked the Texas Supreme Court to overturn a $57.3 million jury verdict against it for quashing a land sale, saying the deal would have failed even if the company hadn’t interfered.
