Ga. Asks Supreme Court To Flush Fla. Water Suit

Law360, Miami (February 3, 2014, 6:37 PM EST) -- The state of Georgia on Friday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to reject a lawsuit filed by its neighbor Florida over the flow of freshwater in the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint river basins, arguing that it is “against the wrong party, in the wrong court, and at the wrong time.”
