Vijay Singh Demands PGA Docs On Other Golfers' Doping

Law360, New York (February 3, 2014, 7:44 PM EST) -- Pro golfer Vijay Singh on Monday urged a New York judge to force PGA Tour Inc. to hand over documents concerning golfers who may have violated the tour’s anti-doping rules, in a suit accusing the PGA of wrongfully suspending Singh for using “deer antler spray,” which he claims shouldn’t qualify as doping.

At a discovery hearing in a Manhattan courtroom, Singh’s attorney Peter R. Ginsburg said the tour should produce documents and information concerning other golfers who may have violated or actually did violate the PGA’s...
