DOD, Others Propose New FAR Small Business Regs

Law360, Washington (February 3, 2014, 7:50 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Defense, General Services Administration and NASA on Monday issued proposed revisions to regulations covering small businesses' participation in government contracts, including measures for protesting their eligibility for development programs.

The three agencies are planning on implementing the U.S. Small Business Administration's revisions to the 8(a) business development program into the Federal Acquisition Regulation, according to the Federal Register.
