Air Force Tells Fed. Circ. Telecom Co. Inflated Lost Profits

Law360, Washington (February 4, 2014, 6:58 PM EST) -- The U.S. Air Force urged a Federal Circuit panel on Tuesday to overturn Sufi Network Services Inc.'s $114 million damages award stemming from a breached telecommunications contract, alleging the vast majority of the award was improper and unsupported by evidence.
