DC Councilmember Dodges $100M Bid-Rigging Suit

Law360, New York (February 6, 2014, 3:38 PM EST) -- A Washington, D.C., federal judge on Thursday dismissed a real estate developer's suit alleging a connected competitor colluded with a D.C. councilman to rob it of the opportunity to revitalize a defunct rail station, ruling there was nothing to support the complaint's antitrust claims.
